High performance air filter-Primary performance air filter-cabin air filter's filtration efficiency method
When the filtered dust concentration in the gas expressed in weight concentration, efficiency is for weighing efficiency; When expressed as a count concentration, the efficiency is for effceting efficiency; For relative to other physical quantities represented, the colorimetric turbidity is color efficiency or turbidity efficiency. Mostly we use the counting efficiency of the dust concentration in the air which pass to import or export the filters.
1.Under the rated air flow, according to the national standard GB/T14295-93 of the air filters and GB13554-92 the provisions of the high efficiency particulate air filters, HEPA filter-filter-cabin air filter's efficiency rates are as follows:
Primary performance air filter, for ≥ 5 μm particles,filtering performance 80>E≥20, Early resistance ≤50Pa
Middle performance air filter,for ≥ 1 μm particles,filtering performance 70>E≥20, Early resistance ≤80Pa
High-middle performance air filter, for ≥ 1 μm particles,filtering performance 99>E≥70, Early resistance ≤100Pa
Sub-high performance air filter, for ≥ 0.5 μm particles,filtering performance E≥95, Early resistance ≤120Pa
High performance air filter, for ≥ 0.5 μm particles,filtering performance E≥99.99, Early resistance ≤220Pa
Ultra high performance air filter, for ≥ 0.5 μm particles,filtering performance E≥99.999, Early resistance ≤280Pa

Middle performance air filter can divided into two grades (F5~~F6):

High-middle performance air filter can divided into three grades(F7~~F9):

F8 performance,to Particle size≥0.5μm, filtering performance 90>E≥75% (Comparing to USA standard H14)
