Oil filters remove dust, abraded metal, soot particles and other types of dirt from the circulating oil, ensuring that only clean oil reaches the lubrication points and bearings. The filters also feature high heat resistance, extremely long-term mechanical stability with respect to pressure surges, and resistance to aggressive oil components, thus meeting the requirements of highly advanced modern engines.
Oil filters should be changed every 5000-10000km or 500 hours whichever comes earlier.
